Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Everweekly ("we", "us"). By using the website or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Everweekly uses AI to write social media content plans — posts, captions, hashtags, short-video scripts and profile bios — based on the details you give us. Visitors can try a free preview of the first week; full 30-day plans are available with a paid subscription.

Refunds

If something isn't right, email us at everweekly@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, refund requests may also be reviewed and issued by Stripe in line with applicable consumer protection laws. Except where required by law, payments for periods already started aren't refundable.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Everweekly useful, but we can't guarantee specific results such as followers, views, customers or sales, or that the service will always be available without interruption. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make important changes, we'll let subscribers know before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, except where your local consumer laws give you additional rights.
