Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy explains what Everweekly collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short, and we never sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Details you enter: your name or brand, what you do or sell, your audience, and any website or profile link you give us.
- Your email address: if you enter it to unlock your free preview, or when you create an account.
- Account details: your login email and password (passwords are stored securely and we can never see them), your saved brands and the content plans you create.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We see your plan and subscription status, but never your full card number.
- Technical data: basic information like your IP address and browser, used for security, bot protection and preventing abuse.
How we use it
- To write your content. The details you enter are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate your plan. If you give us a website or profile link, we read that public page to match your services and voice.
- To run your account: logging you in, saving your brands and plans, and enforcing plan limits.
- To send account and billing emails, such as password resets (sent by us) and receipts, renewal and trial reminders (sent by Stripe).
- To improve and protect the service. If we ever send product news or marketing emails, every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your login session in your browser so you stay signed in. Our bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may use device signals to tell people from bots. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Everweekly. They only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and bot protection
- Supabase — database and login
- Anthropic — AI content generation (under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't train its models on this data)
- Stripe — payments, tax and billing emails, as merchant of record under its own privacy policy
- Google — sending account emails such as password resets
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your brands, plans and account details, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons (Stripe keeps its own billing records).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing everweekly@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA — we'll honor them.
Children
Everweekly isn't meant for children. You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. If we make important changes, we'll let account holders know.
